FH Group is founded by Felix Hator, in 2008. The subsidiaries of the Group include SICOP Industries Sa FH Procurement Sarl, Crista Ice and Hatfel Ghana Limited. Each of these companies are fully registered under the laws of the Republic of Ghana and under the laws of their respective operating territories.

FH Group has over the years collaborated with international organisations in various capacities. FH Procurement was a sourcing company for TripleNine Fish Protein A/s in Denmark. SICOP is a major supplier of fish meal to the European market. Hatfel Ghana Limited is a sole distributor of Crest Oil products in Ghana.

FH Procurement Sarl is into export and import services, the company trade generally in frozen seafoods, fish oil and fish meal procurement worldwide. SICOP is into production of fish meal, fish oil and frozen fish. Hatfel Ghana Limited is into general business and real Estate. Crista Ice is a mineral water company. The companies within the Group regards its employees, consumers, suppliers, social public and other interest-related personnel as its customers, and translates this recognition into its core values of “striving to supply a high quality standard of products and services available and creating the FH Group brand” to maintain a high quality standard and pursue excellence.

The Group insists on its human orientation, establishing a dynamic and passionate workforce and forming a development mode with its own characteristics.

Over few years of development, FH Group companies have properly settled the relations among structure adjustment, technical progress and management enhancement and insisted on “three simultaneity”, namely, adjusting industrial structure while expanding the scale, upgrading technology content while increasing production capacity, and laying a solid management foundation while pursuing a rapid growth rate, in a bid to continuously improve the Group’s profitability and impact in their sectors, thus realizing the fast and sound development of the enterprises.
